1. Booking & Confirmation

When you book a tour through our website (naxosquadsguides.com) or via our booking engine (CaptainBook), you enter into a binding agreement with Naxos Quads Guides. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided.

2. Pricing & Payment

All tour prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. The rate covers the quad for the full session, a helmet for each rider, the guided tour, and a pre-departure safety briefing. The price is per quad, not per person. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card details.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after a booking is confirmed and paid for. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. All sales are final.

If adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, storms) make it unsafe to operate, we will contact you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

4. Driver Requirements

To drive a quad you must hold a valid driving licence (category B or equivalent). Both original and international licences are accepted. You must present your physical driving licence at the pre-departure briefing — a photo or digital copy on your phone is not sufficient.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Passengers must be at least 5 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the same quad.

5. Driver's Licence Verification

We may request a copy of your driving licence for verification purposes before your tour. This information is used solely to confirm that you hold a valid licence and meet the legal requirements to operate a quad on Naxos. Your licence data is securely stored and permanently deleted after your reservation has been fulfilled.

6. Check-In & Punctuality

Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled session start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour; if you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to treat the booking as a no-show, with no refund issued.

7. Safety & Conduct

All riders must attend the pre-departure safety briefing. You must follow your guide's instructions at all times. Reckless or dangerous driving, ignoring traffic rules, or separating from the group may result in the immediate termination of your tour with no refund.

We provide a helmet for each rider. Wearing the helmet is mandatory throughout the tour.

8. Liability

Quad riding is an adventure activity with inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Naxos Quads Guides, its guides, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

You are responsible for any damage to the quad caused by reckless or negligent behaviour during the tour.

9. Communication & Social Media

We may communicate with you via email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber, or Instagram — whichever channel you used to contact us or provided during booking. We use these channels to send booking confirmations, reminder emails before your tour, and to respond to your enquiries.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms before booking.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from your booking or tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naxos, Greece.
